Filing of Return - Ass.Year 2008-'09

23 December 2009 Hai,
I have to file a Return for the assessment year 2008-2009. My doubt is whether I can send the ITR-V to CPS, Bangalore or to file at the nearest Income tax Office? If so within how many days I have to do this? Please clarify..

23 December 2009 After filling ITR you have to go to your concern ward with Acknowledge not to send to CPS bangalore now it to late.
