ABC is a partnership firm that came into existence on 07.01.2009. It would like to file a belated return before 31.03.2010 i.e., for the AY 2009-10. Should I enclose the certified copy of the Partnership Deed along with the ITR - 5. I think there should be no enclosures along with the ITR. Am I correct?
