Filing of income tax returns

Please clarify in detail.
1. My daughter was working in India and was filing IT returns promptly till she got married in November 2013; resigned her job and settled in US.
2. She filed her returns till was earning in India till 2014-15 (AY)
3. Now she gets an intimation to file her returns from 2015-16.
In this regard, please enlighten me as to how she has to inform IT Department and where, the details of her marriage and settlement in US?
Is it necessary that she has to file NIL returns? (She is not in India and she does not have income in India) or just to ignore the intimation?

If the intimation is an email, ignore it ,if she has no income in India, being a general message.
