31 March 2010 I have filed Form 32 for removal of certain directors of a pvt ltd co. How shall i confirm that the form is accepted? Is there any possibility to see in the web site of MCA, the remaining directors of the company after filing this Form 32. This is because my clients ask me to show the confirmation.

31 March 2010 Yes, you can check list of Directors on MCA website.

01 April 2010 well once the filed Form 32 for removal of director is approved thats mean the said person is no more director in that company and you can check the appoval status in "track transaction status" after login to mca site.

01 April 2010 The person uploaded the form can check the status of form 32 by MCA log-in.

Alternatively wait for the confirmation mail from MCA on the ID you have provided through form 32.

01 April 2010 where to check the list of directors in MCA website? Whether i will have to login for that? one of our friends have said that it is a paid service. can i know its link in MCA site?

01 April 2010 For verifying the list of directors you need not have to login. Go to MCA website-Click Register Digital Signature- Click View Signatory Details- type CIN of Co. and click Submit. List of signatories will appear. Verify that the old directors names are not shown there

05 April 2010 ya...i clicked the link - List of Signatories . But still the names of old directors continue to appear. I think the Form 32 I have submitted is not accepted. It has been 4 working days since I filed the Form 32 but still I have not received any confirmation mail regarding approval of the form. Should I file Form 32 again?

06 April 2010 You login to the MCA website by using the user id and password. Click Track Transaction Status and enter the SRN of Form 32 filed. The status will be shown by the system. It may be any one of the following: Pending for Action, Assigned, Pending for Approval / Required Resubmission and Approved. If the status is Required Resubmission you may click on the message and the reason for re-submission will be shown. Ensure that the payment for Form 32 was made before the expiry date

06 April 2010 Yes it is showing as Pending for Approval. I think i will have to wait for approval. Usually how many days will it take for approval of e-forms? In case i need to take any action please inform me sir......

06 April 2010 Ya the payment was done by internet banking and i have received a challan in pdf format also.

07 April 2010 Pending for approval means the form need to be digitally signed by ROC. Thereafter the status will be changed as 'Approved'. The time taken for approving the documents depend upon the existing workload at the respective ROC Office. You may wait for some more time. Even if it does not get approved within a reasonable period say, 2 weeks, you inform it to the MCA through the 'Feedback' available in the MCA portal by quoting the SRN. They will take up the matter
