Hi,
I need to know about attachment under form 20B i.e., Annual Return.
I want to know whether any new format for annual return is available or format as per companies act, 1956 is enough for filing Form-20B for FY 2013-14.
Kindly provide the link for new format if available.

For financial year 2013-14, form 20B and schedule V of the Companies Act,1956 is enough.
