12 March 2015 Sir I want ask you that according to FEMA regulations in portfolio investment scheme a foreign institutional investor can buy or sell securities on repatriation basis. So what do you mean by repatriation hare?

12 March 2015 Repatriation means he can take back the funds with profit earned to his country after paying taxes in India.

13 March 2015 means he is not allowed to take back the funds out of india.

16 March 2015 Sir, according to FEMA regulation direct investment can be made by a Indian entity in joint venture/wholly owned subsidiary so, this jv/wos bolongs to the Indian entity or any other foreign entity

16 March 2015 How an Indian company can invest in wholly subsidiary company outside India because it's 100% stake is with it's holding company
