how to audit fds in tax audit and what are the provision to be considered while auditing and any excel formulaes please suggest each any every point as applicable and also provide check list if any

06 January 2015 For FDs you need to first get confirmation about the same from Banks by asking for interest Certificate for interest accrued on FDs for the selected period. On these certificate can identify both FDs number and amounts along with their start dates and closure date.

Form these document you need make FDs reconciliation on Number wise and amount wise.
