FDR Lost and bank denied to give proceeds

09 April 2022 If fdr receipt lost and it matured too then to get the proceeds what is the procedure? As bank is asking for the indemnity bond witness sign aadhar...
To get the own fund why there is so much formality...i got the indemnity bond then they ask for the witness...
I just ask them to transfer the proceeds to my saving account...
