I want to know when the CA who have audited accounts of the NGO is not available to file FCRA Return for the same period for which he had audited books of accounts and filed 10B, can an another CA file the FCRA return for such period?
Please qoute the source also where such restriction/ no restriction is mentioned in the Act/Rules/Regulation.

No restriction is mentioned FCRA return has to be signed by a Chartered Accountant. Refer www.fcraonline.nic.in/fc_fc3_help.pdf
