Hello all,
Whenever newly registered society receiving foreign funds does it require to seek permission from MHA. If the society continuously receiving such donations then is it require to obtain special permission for such each transaction or single permission is enough.

For Continuous Receipts registration required and we have to produce last 3 years audited financial statements but it is newly established.
