We are partnership firm, we use two telephone line 1.for communication 2. for Internate and Fax My query is : Is FBT applicable on both the line exp or any one. pl mention the reason. thanking you.

FBT is applicable only when there is an employee and employer relationship. Both the above answers, I belive have been given on the presumption that such a relationship exits. However in case if the partnership firm does not have any employee, then fBT will not be applicable on both the telephone.
