10 July 2018 Seems NO, because extension needs amendment of the Income tax Act,1961.

I'm the partner in firm however firm will be audited since it's Net profit is below 8% hence the due date will be for filing ITR of firm as well as my individually return I.e. 30/09/2018

Am I right..
