04 January 2010 If any employee of an Indian Company is posted in Foreign, is he eligible for relief of HRA & Conveyance Allowance u/s 10 of the I.T.Act, 1961?

04 January 2010 No, He is not eligible for any deduction.

Allowance are exempt only for Indians who are governement servent and rendering their services in foreign for government only.
