Dear sir, My goods delivered from punjab and billing was raised to my comapny l.e. ABC company at delhi after that goods will be shiped at noida . at the time of delivery, the truck touch to point then party said you can move the goods to greater noida they are also informed us and also you can change the shipping address in the billing. so whatever the legal responsibility and what should we do ?
