For online advertisement I paid 90000 to facebook and 80000 to other online advertisement website.is equalisation levy payable?

Sir limit of one lac is per non resident online advertising platform or total payments made by resident to various online platforms? I am confused.

Limit is aggregate of all such non-resident.
