Sir, It assess monthly EMI payment through on assess bank account.if houseing loan taken and house purchase registered both for wife name. Question: EMI payment amount (principal and interest) claim wife or husband itr show in it act.

Houseing loan taken and house purchase registered both for wife name. Only wife can show in ITR. Payment by husband can be treated as gift to wife.
