I am filing Individual PAN No. of Karta of HUF Correctly at Validate/Verify Return Page. But system not accepting PAN and showing message of Invalid PAN No.

Have you added yourself as karta of HUF under system? First add yourself as 'Representative assessee' in profile of HUF, after login to HUF account.
