1. how to file the form if directors do not have PAN/DIN/Pass port 2. What happens if some directors are dead. 3. What the procedure if some directros are not traceable, whether remaining directors can file the form.

1.Not possible. 2.Without filing e-form 32,EES 2010 cannot be opted. 3.No since anneure A and annexure B of general circular No.2/2010 dated 26/5/2010 has to be executed by all directors.
