Whether the principal repayment of the Educational Loan can be considered for Deduction from the Gross Total Income? Is ONLY Interest payment for the Educational Loan is qualified for Deduction? Please clarify

Interest qualifies for deduction u/s 80E, whereas principal repaid is not.
