Company having losses on one side and unsecured loans from Directors & equity capital on other side, can apply as defunct company under EES 2011. All other eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

Easy Exit scheme is available, where compnay is not involve in any transaction since long period.

Thanks for the reply. Can this company show the losses on one side and capital & unsecured loans from Director/Promoters on other side. OR they should show as NIL balance sheet.
