hi everyone
if a company has 1lakh shares outstanding of rs 10. 5 paid up
then what will be the number of shares for calculating eps
will it be 1lakh or will it be adjusted to 50thousand?

It will be No. of shares and it will be 1 lakh.

for EPS 1 lakh shall be considered.
