Dear sir, This is Request to you that , we have running feed manufacturing unit( partnership form ) and turnover of monthly of Rs 5 Cr and yearly 60 cr . We sold the feed 80% of Sale GST Unregister persons , so E waybill and e invoice Require or Not Require , kindly suggest to me

E way bill and E invoice required only for GST registered person sale. E invoice not required for GST unregistered sale but tax invoice and E way bill required.
