02 November 2022 Is e-way bill and delivery challan is compulsory for laying of hot mix Asphalt (which transport from hot mix Asphalt plant to road construction site for laying)

02 November 2022 It will fall under supply hence E way bill required if the value of supply fall within the E way bill requirement.

02 November 2022 But in work contract of road if the work order include production and transportation and laying of Asphalt on road then it should not required?????
