E-filling Login details

30 October 2010 One of my clients was getting his tax returns filed by some other tax practitioner. That tax practitioner had registered the client's PAN on E-filling website & set the secret question & the password. BUT HOWEVER HE DID NOT E-FILE ANY RETURNS FOR ANY ASSESSMENT YEAR. That means I dont have any ITR V for the said assessee. That practitioner is untraceable as no contact details are available.

What should be done in this case to reset the password & secret question?

Please suggest some way out.

30 October 2010 reset the password using e-filing Acknowledgement number mentioned in ITR V

30 October 2010 But Sir I dont have the answer to the secret question & since there's not return e-filed, the site is not asking me to provide acknowledgement number on ITR V.
