27 August 2010 One of my client required to e-file return don`t know the password for login in e-file site as same is registered by someone else ,now registering it shows already registered??
How to come out of this Problem??

27 August 2010 Click the option Forget pasword, then enter
Enter you PAN No. as the user id and enter
In the next screen enter the secret question and answer which you entered during registration.
enter E-filing Acknowledgement number of previously e-filed return and select correct Assessment Year.
Enter new password and retype the password
Enter the verification code and submit. By this process you can get the new password, no need to break the password.
