19 November 2018 what will be the due date of AGM for a Private limited company incorporated on 6th dec 2017.
Aoc 4 has been submitted with due date as 30 sep 2018.
please elaborate the consequences and remedies available with the company.

20 November 2018 1. Financial year of the company to end on 31-03-2018. -- Section 2(41)

2. First AGM date can be 31-12-2018 -- Section 96(1) proviso.

3. AOC-4 can be submitted on or before 30-01-2019 with normal filing fee.-- Section 137(1).
