1 Each share holder separate folio number allotted. Share certificates issued in consecutive number starting from 1. 2 If you have the physical certificates, the folio number is written on top of the share certificate along with the distinctive numbers of the shares. Folio number will be same for subsequent issue to the same share holder. 3 Date on which the share certificates have been issued and signed by the directors is to be put on the share certificates.
