Doubt on Interest 1% on tds

18 April 2023 February 2023 rent received on 16/04/2023. Filing in TDS returns we consider the rent received is February 2023. But rent paid on TDS dt:16/04/2023. So Can we liable for 1% interest should pay 1% on TDS amount?
