Hi All Black CAT Security Services ( Proprietorship Firm) provides security services to ABC Pvt Ltd. co. where he does not show his ST No. on the Invoice, so is ABC pvt ltd. liable to pay Service tax to the government??????? the expenses are 79000/- is ABC pvt ltd. still liable to deduct tds if Black cat provides PAN Card Copy??????? thnx

ABC Pvt Ltd is liable to pay 14.5% service tax to Govt on 100% invoice under RCM. ABC Pvt Ltd is liable to deduct TDS even PAN card is provided.

thank you sir is ABC is liable to pay Service tax, even if the security services provider being a proprietor is not registered under CBDT for Service tax. kindly clarify.
