31 January 2018 What if my all directors are disqualified due to non filing of returns. How to remove disqualification and revive my company

31 January 2018 1) DIN of the disqualified Directors are activated temporarily for 3 months. Please
check whether DIN is active.

2) If. so, file all the pending returns.

3) Then seek relief under CODS, 2018.
