What is the applicability date for DIR 8 form and also tell me about it details along with due dates if any

DIR-8 is applicable with effect from 1.4.2014. There is no due date as such, but every director shall give this form to the company before he/she is appointed or re-appointed if he/she is disqualified u/s.164(2) of the Companies Act,2013.
