21 January 2016 Can DIR -12 be filed backdated? I mean I need to show resignation of director in the year 2009. can it be done??

21 January 2016 if you Back dated than you have to pay additional fees upto 12 times the Normal Fees.

Is it form 32 or Dir-12 for the year 2009.
