09 January 2012 Whether all existing DIN holders/directors who are residing outside India and who have not furnished their PAN earlier at the time of obtaining DIN, are required to file Form DIN-4 to furnish their PAN?.

10 January 2012 Yes. If the DIN holder is an'Indian national', PAN has to be informed through DIN-4.
