you can apply DIN online at www.mca.gov.in. It will allot provisional DIN immediately. after that you have to take a print of the final form.You need to affix your photograph on the space provided on the form. And attach a proof of identity and a proof of residence with the form. Please note that the photo affixed on the form and the proofs attached must be certified by a Public Notary or Gazetted Officer or any certified professionals (viz. Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost and Works Accountant). The form along with the above documents has to be sent to following address by ordinary post:
MCA DIN Cell Post Box No. 03 NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh – 201 301, India
