09 December 2015 Copy DIR-4 is not mandatory it is only Verfication of DIN Applicants DIN Will be Approved without DIR-4.

09 December 2015 No DIR 4 is not required to attached to DIR 3. You are only required to attach proof of address, proof of indentity and PAN.
