Hello friends I have query regarding following question:
At the time of giving notice for candidature of Director u/s 257 whether allotted DIN for candidate is necessary? What will be the position where DIN application is rejected or that Din can not be obtained by the appointed person for want of certain documents?

If Din is rejected u can solve the mistake within 30 days ... else u can reaplly for the din
