suppose an assessee don't want to claim depreciation as expenditure then his return will considered as correct return or not ? or will ITO assess the same or give notice for correction ?

09 December 2008 Depreciation is mandatory according to the Income tax act,1961.ITO can correct after giving notice to the client.
