WHAT IS THE USEFUL LIFE OF SOFTWARE UNDER NEW COMPANY ACT 2013 ?

Useful life of SOFTWARE is not given in Schedule II of the Co's Act,2013. Hence it has to be determined as per Accounting Standard-26.
