Hello, I received the demand notice for AY2020-21 in Nov 2021, I tried several times to file RECTIFICATION but I was getting ERROR: ITD-EXEC2003. Can I file the revised return or belated return now. Appreciate your kind response. Rgds, Anushka

You can't file belated or revised return now. You can file only rectification. Filing rectification is a problem due to software not ready. Login into income tax portal and file grivences.

No, you cannot file a belated or revised return now. Submit a grievance on the portal to rectify the problem faced by you. You can also use the twitter handle for faster response.
