Delay in ITR submission

07 October 2024 Hi expert, due to some medical emergencies I could not submit the ITR within the stipulated time this year. Because of this, I would need to pay more as the tax regime got converted to new tax regime.

Request if any expert can help here.

07 October 2024 You can file ITR for AY 2024-25 under sec. 139(4) IT act, in NEW regime.
