If I have to file my last year (Ass. Year - 2010-11) now, can I file it. Is there any charge or penalty.

30 July 2011 Yes you can file your return till 31/03/2012. If your return had any tax due then there is a penalty of Rs. 5000 and interest on tax. Otherwise no penalty.
