assessee has sold one residential house property in 2007 and claim exemption u/s 54 as he has made full payment for new house property in 2007. however agreement and possession has made in 2010. now assessee wants to sell the house property and purchase new property in 2011. can assessee get exemption u/s 54 for LTCG?
