As a company we have a 3 PL services who has taken a warehouse on lease to accomplish duties of storage , handling and desspatches . Q1 . As a company we have our PAN no , does the 3PL need to charge TDS on the monthly bill ? Q2 . If yes what is the % of TDS ? Q3 . As DEDUCTEE can we claim the TDS as refund ?
