DEDUCTION OF PF ON RE-ENAGEMENT

An employee has retired from his service on 31.01.2021 on superannuation. After retirement of service he received Full CPF and Pension also. He re-engaged in the same company for period of one year on dated 1st June 2021. Can a company deduct PF from his monthly salary?

No, company can't deduct PF from his salary after retirement.
