01 June 2011 Any instalment or part parment towards the cost of purchase/construction of a resedential property to a housing board or a co-opertaive socity ..............
is allowed as deduction. However stamp duty is not specifically covered. But this is definitely a legal cost of purchase, but is not covered by the above.
