Suppose the individual assessee pays the children education fees in foreign country. Whether deduction u/s 80C can be claimed for such children education fees paid. Kindly advise us

The educational institution should be situated in India but fee remittance can be from abroad even by NRI parent's also since fee payment need not be out of parent's taxable income.
