Hi Can any one tell me what is the date of Issue of Form 12BA in case of NIL Tax which is part of Form 16. As the Form 16 have to issued with one month , date of Form 16 will be the same date of FOrm 16 ?
Pls reply with rference to Act as the software we used(Webtel) Prepared Form 16 Date - 30 April whereas Form 12 BA Date 07 April Its urgent please
