21 August 2010 we are the textile goods exporter. we are paying CST on oms purchase. can i get refund on this CST. If yes, what is the procedure?

27 August 2010 If you are exporting goods in the same form,then you cab buy goods on H forms. There is no provisions of CST refund under CST Act,1956.
