11 November 2010 A company is providing abatement service as well as taxable service. Please explain how much the company can take credit of Cenvat

11 November 2010 There are only 12 categories of Service that has been provided partial abatement.
When you are being covered under the respective notification, Generally you are restricted to get the cenvat credit as it amounts to double benefit.
