09 August 2010 Thanks Sir.

Is there any penalty applicable in case these credit hours requirement are not complied with?

09 August 2010 I am also not aware of this.
I have also defaulter of compliance of it.
But till date I have also not received any doucment regarding such default.

09 August 2010 Nothing has come as yet for non compliance but if u are COP holding u shoudl take atmost care so that the institue do not cancel ur COP.

09 August 2010 If a practising CA who do not comply with CPE requirement,he/she will not be eligible for Multi Purpose Empanelment.
